My Story

Prior to Ashiana Holdings, Nazmin was a Managing Director at BentallGreenoak, a global institutional real estate asset and property management firm with $80B in Assets Under Management. She was responsible for new product introductions, investor relations, and institutional asset growth in Canada. Previously, she was the Chief Marketing Officer at TD Greystone Asset Management responsible for all revenue generation activities of the firm. This included the sales, client experience, marketing intelligence, brand management and communications functions. Nazmin joined Greystone from Morguard Investments Limited where she worked directly with the President and CFO focusing on the execution of key strategic initiatives that involved significant change management, process improvement, or restructuring efforts across the real estate management platform.In addition, Nazmin has held senior strategy and operational management positions with Carpedia Group International, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.


Nazmin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the Wharton School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. She has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School in Corporate Finance, Strategy, Process Improvement and Marketing.


In addition, Nazmin has completed the Director’s Education Program from the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto. She currently serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC).
